I will not comment on Eric's case because I do not think that it is appropriate for me to do so. However, speaking generally, surely poor workmanship and poor customer relations is a serious business in any country. Put simply, if an organisation takes on a job that they cannot complete in a timely fashion, then they should not accept the work. Re your unfortunate experience with your hub caps, did you provide feedback to the vendor? If we collectively don't bring sub standard work to the vendor's/tradesperson's attention, then, ultimately, we will be forced to accept poor quality parts or workmanship. Brett |
