as far as I know the mirror is unique for the Arnolt but might be fitted to some other Italian cars of the same period. The Sprint Speciales I have seen have similar mirror but not exactly the same

Spax are still available but only front. Konis can easily be adapted to fit the Arnolt. And some gas dampers as well. I have the part numbers at home (on a business trip right now).
