Don't give up hope...go straight to Richard at BCL, Kensington High Street, phone 020 7603 5555, and ask him if can assist you. Tell him Lou Browning suggested you call! That won't necessarily help you, but at least he and I have not only spoken to one another several times, but have met and chatted.
