damaged 100C or 100D cylinder head

I’ve got one that’s been over skimmed but still salvageable and one that’s been over skimmed and badly welded but still salvageable guessing you are looking for a total scrapper from a cost perspective?
These need the whole face building up with tig (I’ve seen it done) so on my back burner for when I get a new welder and have a spare week to get arc eye.
