Jon, my copy is numbered (by hand, in black ink) in the late 500's .. "Of a Limited Edition of 1000 copies". So I think you are correct that the Standard and Special Limited editions were combined, into a total edition of 1000 copies. Of which your copy would be one of the 100 Special Editions.

(Presumably the first release - the glossy cover, one of which Kevin has, were the earliest numbers of the 1000)
