Rumors....
But I am sure that he could turn it around.. Maybe having Jay Kay and the Gallagher Brothers on the Board. That would be something! |

Having spoken to some of the ex-staff, I'd be very surprised if any would go back to work with him, given the way they were all sacked, with only 20 minutes to get their things and clear out under escort.

Once the die was cast on administration, very quick decisions and actions to stop the bleeding were absolutely necessary, as I'm sure we all here understand. Uncle Syd and Geoff Marsh, if they re-open, will be instrumental in helping to recall the talent, I'd bet. When I was last with Syd, after picking up our car, he was a very staunch supporter of Toby's. Of course, his age and longevity place him in a unique position. |

if the news of Toby putting an offer together is true, then if nothing else it speaks volumes for the potential for BCL as a business venture, Toby doesn't come across as being naive to the world of profit and loss.....

Sounds good.
So there seems to be some light at the end of the tunnel. Regards, Markus |
