The only Bristol I have seen with wire wheels is a 401. I was looking at a Alvis 21 with wire wheels and thought it looked superb.

If the Astons and Ferraris could cope with them I am sure they must be up to the task, they might be a bit flash for anything post 411 though.

I have seen a Morgan with ultra low profile tyres on wire wheels and it looked fantastic.

A job for someone with Photoshop perhaps?

For the wire wheels I was thinking 408 to 411 S1 and maybe 405
