Default Too much cold air

While I was driving my 411 S5 today -outside temperature -4C i encountered the problem that my right hand became very cold because the adjustable nozzle on the right side of the facia could not be closed completely. Also visually the flaps inside the little ball very seemed to be close, way too much cold outside air passed through it. Any Idea how to overcome this problem? Are there any gaskets inside the ball that needs to be replaced?
