![]() Kevin, what I need is some general servicing of the general vehicle which extends to engine, transmission and running gear, including the suspension. I had a suspicion there was not much information pertaining to the V8s as a publication that marries all this together. It would be an almost perfect world if there was such a thing!

![]() John, maybe we should create something! With the collective knowledge and experience in this forum it should surely be quite straightforward.
Actually I think I might have a workshop manual for the 408, and that would probably contain much of what we need. Come to think if it I think I may also have an Esso worshop servicing chart for the 409. I will see what I can come up with! |

![]() excellent idea - There hopefully be other V8 owners who may be able to contribute information. I know there are servicing manuals for the Bristol sixes. I know that the engines have quite a lot of information around relating to servicing them - but I for one, know very little about working on suspension and setting it all up correctly and how to remove/replace components (etc).
