As you can see from the two photos I have uploaded, the outer door seal on my 411 is rectangular, so the mating surface with the door is flat and 2-4mm (it varies as the shut line varies from top to bottom), whereas on your car the seal appears to be rounded, so the mating surface is smaller, maybe 1-2mm.

The vertical gap on the inner door seal on your car is also an obvious problem, and it doesn't look great on my car, although it is probably still more effective.
