Please forgive my ignorance but I am new to Bristol Cars.
I can quite appreciate the need to replace the swivels due to wear but what happens to the ball joint on the axle? Does it just develop an oil leak or does the ball joint itself require replacement ? Also, how bad is the oil leak and is it an indication that the half shaft seals may also be worn with oil getting onto the rear brakes?
