Default WTB Bristol 400 LHD

We would like to purchase an original lhd Bristol 400 - with the original engine if possible. Located in the US but will consider cars anywhere.

Default The hunt for a Bristol 400

'Shopping' for a Bristol is not all that difficult, and the clubs are the best, and sometimes the only source. Of course, there are firms in England that restore and deal in these cars, and you may have to resort to purchasing one from them and having it shipped. They can handle all the details. I have just about given up the search for a decent 409 or newer. Although rare, I think they are overpriced for what you are getting, but if you must own one, then have ago at it.

Default Bristol 400 lhd

Ronald,

I am searching for the car on behalf of a client. He intends to use it as a Sunday driver for he and his wife. It is a difficult car to find but we have time and I always find what I am looking for The right car at the right price.

Hi
Judging by the export figures and destinations shown in Charles Oxley's "Bristol an Illustrated History" there were probably fewer than 20 LHD cars built.

I know there are very few lhd Bristol 400's still around. We have decided to look for a very good RHD 400 - still would like the original engine if possible.
