401 in Missouri

I'm the genius that purchased the "401 in Missouri". One would think I knew better since I also own the auction. Regardless, I like the little guy and found the Ford 6 to be a disgrace. Now on the hunt to find a proper motor and would appreciate any leads or advice. Jim.

Bristol engine for the guy in Missouri

I may be able to help with an 85C engine (and gearbox) for a 401. Please contact me via [email protected] or Bristols cars for sale Andrew Blow Wiltshire UK

NB Good article on the Bristol 400 (well I think so) in the September 2009 dated copy of The Automobile.

On the positive side, think of the buyer's premium you've saved.
