603 Spare Wheel Cover

My 603 is being rebuilt and we have come across what may a fault.
The near side spare wheel cover has a bowed out piece at its bottom and the key hole is elongated.
The off side battery cover has a flat bottom to the door.

Is this correct or do I need to sort it out?
