It's a real pain that there are no parts lists available for these later cars. We can thank TADC for that!

Hopefully a 603 owner can contribute some information. However, if the brakes are the same as the 411 and 412, which is quite likely, then they are Girling brake calipers.

Some components are common to all Girling calipers at that time, such as pistons, but other parts are specific to certain cars. I will scan and post a Girling parts list later on, which lists the variations of the design and which other cars used them.

If the car has been standing around unused for a long time it is likely the skirts of the pistons have rusted. If you rebuild the calipers I suggest you use stainless steel pistons. I have previously bought them from a guy in the UK who advertised them to the AMOC (Aston used the same caliper pistons from DB5 onwards).
