As a new owner of a 410 I have a steering wheel off job.
I saw the 3 indents on the ring behind the wheel, on mine they've taken a bit of a battering over the years, I tried using a copper drift and giving it a good session of percussion engineering but it's still stuck fast.
Couple of questions,
1. Are they normally stupidly tight?
2. Schoolboy question....I'm assuming conventional thread and it's going to undo clockwise looking at the front of the wheel/anti-clockwise looking at the back of the wheel.
3. Am i likely to drift it off rather than making a c spanner.

Thanks in advance.
