Default Bristol 411/ 412 Rear Suspension

Having recently completed the refurbishment of the rear suspension and brakes on my 1976 412, I have documented the process for future reference. The process is achievable in the home garage with generic tools and reasonable mechanical skills. Depending on your desired attention to detail, like many things, it is just application and elbow grease to achieve a quality result.Bristol Rear Suspension.pdf

A very useful write up - thanks

Another tip I "heard " for removing the rear hubs without attacking with acetylene is to loosen the wheel nuts and have a short drive -- slackens them off to make it easy for the hub puller !
