401 Exhaust System

Can anyone suggest a supplier for an exhaust system for the above car - either in the UK or Europe

1. Bristol Cars will almost certainly be able to supply.

2. For stainless steel systems I can thoroughly recommend JP Exhausts of Macclesfield. They will have the pattern to work from or by prior appointment they will make and fit a system to your car in a day. Turn up at 8.30 am and drive away late afternoon. They supply a lot to the trade but will also deal direct with owners.

If you aren't able to get to Bristol cars, Longlife exhausts will make you a custom built stainless exhaust with a lifetime guarantee. They have various branches - the one near Bristol did a good job on my 400. You can specify a larger diameter tailpipe, maybe a good idea if your engine output has been raised.
