Default Wanted - 403 - Dual oil/water temperaure gauge

My dual oil/water temperature gage has a blown bourdon tube on the water temperature part of the gauge. The gauge has been with Richfields for months and they have finally admitted they can't fix it.

Anyone have a working gauge they can let me have, or know a better place I can get mine fixed?

Thanks

Mike

Mike,
I would suggest you get it back from Richfields and send it to Speedy Cables in Swansea, they are not always that quick on turn around but they do a good job, they rebuilt two of these gauges for me, one had exactly the same fault you mentioned which was down to me applying too much heat to test it, the other had one of the pipes damaged by my mechanic they came back like new.
If Richfields have not made the matter worse by attempting to repair it you should be ok.
Geoff.

Did just that and got it back in great working condition. 6 week wait and well worth it. Speedy are definitely the place for Smith gauge work, judging by this experience.
