Brigand for sale

As we are downscaling, and I won't have a garage for my Brigand any more,
I sadly have to pass it on. Tony Crook sold it to me 20 years ago, first
owner was Simon Draper (it still has the stereo...

Towing a Brigand / 603

I know this is a question that shouldn't be asked, but... How do you tow a Brigand / 603? I don't see any attachment point at the front. One way is of course a towing truck with one of those things...

On the note of Brigands, I guess I have to prepare for the day my Brig gets issues with the turbo. Are the rotomasters available? What is needed to bypass the turbo if needed?

In my view (as a Brigand owner) a Brigand without the turbo isn't a Brigand any more (it is a Britannia). The main issue with the turbo is that it doesn't like being unused for long periods - it...

Hi, Jack,

Well... It is all relative... 10 years ago I drove up to my local (generic) service garage here in the centre of Amsterdam to do the annual MOT (APK), prepared for the usual "what car is...

Thanks! It is probably similar (despite the Brigand not having the foot switch), but the diagram isn't actually very helpful, as it has no color codes or explanations (are "2 DA" and "3 DA"...

Brigand electrical issues & headlight bulb replacement

A couple of really silly questions... I have the MOT inspection
for my 1989 Brigand coming up Tuesday, and checking everything,
I noticed one headlight being out, as well as the windscreen
washer not...

6 cyl Gaskets (head)

Toby told me that it takes more than 2000 hours to build a Fighter
3 a week mean 6000 hours and if they work 8 hours a day , this means 750
persons are working in Filton .

3 a week is probably...

6 cyl Gaskets (head)

Speaking of Land Rover, they must have the quirkiest followers of all - same
models for 30 years and NEVER corrected the faults?

But the benefit is that as a new one is no better than a...

Picture of 400 series taillight ?

Geoff,

is, but a lot of British cars from the 60's on used a standard
pinout - this relay would...

I think I might have convinced Elaine that a London Cab would
be an OK alternative for when the Brigand or the Mog aren't
best suited for going to...

Greg,

Let's plan on something for Tuesday then! Please, please
don't bring the lycra jump suit, you might prove far too
popular in some parts of Amsterdam!

Kevin,

I have indeed looked at the SMTP headers, and the random
delay seems to happen on the host "svr2.nsau.net". Do you
have access to mail logs on that host?

I would love to transfer this...
