"There were very few sets of Borrani wheels made for Arnolts ,
possibly only about 8 - 10 sets . Good luck in your search for those
and have lots of funds ready ."

Hello all -

Earlier this year, I was contacted by Matteo Bosisio, director of the
Historical department of Ruote Borrani in Milan, Italy
(www.ruoteborrani.com) when he was considering manufacturing the 16"
knockoff wheels used by postwar Frazer Nash and BMW 328.

I've heard the Arnolt Borrani wheels had a similar style to those
used on the Facel Vega and perhaps other cars. I'd think interested
owners should go right to the source and contact Mr. Bosisio.

Bob

I have the car number ..... 3138.
The name you have on your list is not the current owner.

Default No access to spreadsheet

Bill,
When I try to access the spreadsheet (which is located at googledocs), it says I don't have permission from the owner to access it (even though I am signed in). The program allowed me to send the spreadsheet owner a request for access. However, I'm sure you didn't intentionally restrict access.

John

"We're sorry, john.simmons456@gmail.com does not have permission to access this spreadsheet.

You are signed in as john.simmons456@gmail.com, but that email address doesn't have permission to access this spreadsheet. (Sign in as a different user or request access to this document)

Find out more about this topic at the Google Docs Help Center."

Default Arnolt Bristol List

John: Bob Schmitt set up the spreadsheet using the data that I had placed on this forum. I'll ask him to clarify the means to access it.

Hello,

I Just Joined This Site And Would Like To Access The A-b Owners List. I Have Seen The List On A Friend's Computer But I Can't Seem To Gain Access To It. The List Has My Car Listed With Ser. No, 404x3001. The Correct Ser.no. Is 404x3000.
The Car Was Found In A Dirt Floor Shed In Joliet, Il Many Years Ago. It Was In Deplorable Condition. Thanks To Mike Dicola And Tom Trottman I Was Able To Secure Most Of The Major Parts To Restore The Car. Since Then I Have Spent Many Hours Re-creating Needed Bits And Building An Engine From Accumulated Parts. It Runs Just Fine. The Car Is Now Mechanically Complete And Faithfully Original. Bodywork Is In Capable Hands At A Shop Near Warsaw, In. Hope To Finally Have 3000 Completed In The Near Future.

Best To All,

Ed Howell

Default Arnolt Bristol owners list.

Hello Arnolt Bristol fans. I joined the owners register about 2 months ago. I own car 3005. I would like to be able to access the list. I have just spent 45 minutes trying to access this list with my ID. There is nothing I was given apparently that will access this List. It keeps telling me I'm not registered. Whats the secret?

If you are talking about the Google Docs list, I can't access it either. It seems you have to ask for permission and hope whomever is controlling it gives you access.

However it is apparently derived from the list here presumably with a small number of changes.

Whomever is maintaining it could simply post it in the resources section on this site, then it would be available to anyone who registers on this site.

Question 404/x3038

Who could help me find the history of 404/X3038.
I just know that this car has been kept as a spare car by the Arnolt team
(Read that in Automobile Quarterly) but nothing else
Thanks to all for your help.
Best
Chris

Hi

I would suggest first contacting the present owner.
Chassis No 3038 is shown on the BOC register as belonging to a BOC member in France

The same details are also on the list linked in Bill Watkins post next to yours.

Dear Tom ,

Concerning the Arnolt Bristol register.

I recently bought 3082 de luxe , originally Edgar Parsen's from 1957, then Raymond Squarciafichi's from 2001, and now mine from Nov.11th .2012.
My name is Bernard Murat.
The car is now in France.

Hi, I read somewhere that Chassis #3038 was supposedly stolen. It has shown up many times at Caffeine & Carburetors in New Canaan, Connecticut and it drives around town often during the summer:
