Neat? This looks like the seat belt might be a retrofit. On my 411 S5, that round hole in the rear parcel shelf has a metal grille behind it, because it's an air vent. The seatbelt passes through a separate small rectangle shaped hole in the parcel shelf, with a plastic surround to protect the belt.
