Default BOC Heritage Trust talks at Brooklands May 7th

Just a reminder: the BOC Heritage Trust is having its annual lecture day soon. This year it is at Brooklands on the afternoon of Saturday May 7.
Once again, we have three speakers for your delectation. As befits such a heroic setting, two are sports/racing related. Kenneth Andrén is flying in to tell us the 402 story, and John Ure will be appearing in, and talking about, Tony Crook's infamous 1 1/2 seater Cooper-Bristol, which John campaigns nowadays on behalf of Peter Mann.
Hold onto your seats, and click on "Monaco Historic 2014 Peter Mann's Cooper Bristol Driven by John Ure" for a taster.
And Sir Jerry Acher, Chair of the Brooklands Trust, will echo our Bristol cars' aeroheritage by talking about the history of Brooklands itself.
Our talks are in the afternoon, but do make a day of it and come early - there is much to see at Brooklands, so bring a picnic. Suggested charitable donation of £15 for our talks, (plus Brooklands entry fee.)
RSVP to Andrew Stevens 020 8673 6565 or Stefan Cembrowicz 0117 9731883 if you would like to come, for more information and directions. The meeting is to help fundraise to prepare our dilapidated barnfind 403 to go into the Bristol Aerospace Centre in the autumn.
