Certina were a high quality watch manufacturer and supplied the
British Military in the Fifties. It would be good to own without Bristol written on it. Most of the smaller Swiss companies failed when hideous digital watches appeared and in the main, the names were re-used on less impressive ones that appeared when it was clear that people still wanted good old fashioned mechanical. I suspect these watches are both modern creations, possibly on older watches. There is a market on ebay for all kinds of branded goods, and watches are always popular.
