This site allows you to post to it's web based forums by email.
When replying to forum posts by email it is vital that you type your reply between the two sets of dashed lines in the original message. This is how the system knows what constitutes the new post. The system "parses" the text between the two sets of dashed lines and uses that to create a reply post on the web site forum.
It will disregard anything that is not between the dashed lines.
If you have sent a forum reply by email that was not between the dashed lines your post will not make it onto the forum (no one will see it) and you will probably receive a message from the system with the subject line
Error: Not enough characters (because there were no characters between the dashed lines).

NOTE: The posting by email facility was implemented to ease the transition for those people accustomed to the old BEEF mail list, however our preference is that people visit the web site to make posts in the forums, because the web interface is graphical and provide much greater control when making a post.
