Default 408 wheel offset?

As I have posted before, I am mulling over replacing wheels and tyres with slightly wider wheels and new tyres. To this end, I tried to measure the offset on one of my original 408 Mk1 wheels. I believe it is a 5Jx16. I make the offset 54mm. Can anybody confirm that, please? I know Dr Pasini has fitted MB wheels.

Thanks

David
