Default 401 door chrome trim plates

Restoring my 401 I find I'm missing both door front edge chrome trim plates. Picture of RH door front edge with its tell-tale 4 holes attached. I assume that these are similar chromed pressings to those on the rear door edges.
Grateful if someone could post a picture of their door front edge so that I can try to make replacements.
Better still if anyone has some LH & RH spares, or knows where I might get them please let me know.
Many thanks ….. Alan Stevens

Hi

Please find attached photos and hope this helps. The other one is a mirror image. Note that the top and one adjacent edge has a flange. The other two edges do not.

Many thanks Mike. Your pics are just the job! Now I have another little job to add to many others before hitting the road. No rush though in current circs.
Happy Bristoling ...... Alan
