Default Mystery 400

400 unkn 25 originally Met Blue.jpg

Back in March 2016 there was the remains of a Bristol 400 on Ebay in Essex .
Attached are two photos which shows the original colour could have been Metallic Blue with a coat of Black over the top .
Does anyone on the Forum know of the car , the previous owner , current owner or anything about the car .
I contacted the Ebay seller at the time , it belonged to his late father and there was no record of chassis number , registered number or engine number .

As you can see the rear window has been removed , probably an opening window ,no doubt to fit to another 400 with a fixed glass window

As BOC Joint 400 Registrar I'm try to track the history of all the 421 standard Filton bodied 400's made , plus the few special bodied 400's

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Geoff
