I think it's shameful for a marque owners club to have replicas of automobilia manufactured, it just fuels the fake trade where they passed off as individuals.
As for these particular examples, they look original to me and the bloke who owns them is a very experienced vintage/veteran restorer (incl Bugattis) so I would assume he did his homework. However, the originals are very valuable so there is plenty of reason to make a copy
look original!
Incidentally there is also a UK company called Tula Engineering who also makes replicas of the vice which they sell for £3500. The Bugatti Owners Club offering probably comes from China.
