Dear all!After 13 years I will sell my Bristol 408 MK1 from 1964.
In 1964 the Bristol was the show car of the Bristol company at the Earls Court Motorshow, there is a copy of the delivery certificate to Tony Crook too.
In the years 1997 to 2007 my previous owner invested about 20.000 GBP in the technology of the Bristol like engine and transmission. There are numerous invoices from Spencer Lane Jones. Since 2007 I have invested about 20.000€ in the car. In 2012 the Bristol received a bare metal respray. Currently the brake system has been overhauled including brake cylinder and master cylinder.
The odometer shows 22.000 MLS, how many miles the Bristol has run in total I can't say.
The interior is well maintained.The leather carpet and headliner are still original.
The Bristol has a German classic car registration and TÜV until 09 2021, location Berlin, but can easily be registered again in Great Britain. An inspection or test drive is possible and welcome at any time.
